Shipping
All corals are shipped via Fed-Ex.
Packaged in plastic bags and shipped in Styrofoam containers.
We package
your corals to ensure that your corals arrive alive!!! Shipping is a flat fee of $45.00 no matter where you are located in the U.S and no matter how many corals you buy!
Saturday
delivery is available, However, there is a $30.00 surcharge to
cover the extra expense in shipping/courier fees AND the shipment
is not guaranteed to arrive on Saturday and may result in a loss
of
corals.
We typically
use a 14"x12"x10" lined Styrofoam box with ice/heat
packs when needed. These boxes typically hold 8-10 small Frags
and up to 4 medium/large corals. There is a $8.00 box fee/shipping
supplies
fee (Heat/Ice
packs,
bags, Styrofoam, etc..) for every shipment.

WE SHIP ONLY TO THE 48 CONTINENTAL STATES. WE DO NOT AND WILL NOT SHIP OVERSEAS, OR MEXICO, OR CANADA!
FedEx Hold For Pickup Instructions
FedEx Hold For Pickup is available for all livestock orders. When checking out please ensure you put the following information in the comments section. Please follow this format:
FedEx Station Hold At Address:
<EXACT FEDEX STATION STREET ADDRESS>
<EXACT FEDEX STATION CITY, STATE, ZIP>
<YOUR PHONE NUMBER>
This will ensure that your corals get sent for FedEx hold and sent to the correct FedEx station. It is your responsibility to track the shipment and pickup the shipment.
Arrive Alive Guarantee
All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. Please notify
me within 6 hours of arrival by email to be eligible for credit
of your livestock. A DIGITAL PHOTO IS REQUIRED WITHIN 12 HOURS
of acceptance of shipment and I may ask you to ship the DOA specimen
return via priority mail and will credit your account with us.
We will not cover shipping charges and shipping charges will
not credited back to your account. Please contact us immediately
if you have questions or concerns about your order. We will do
our best to get back with you as early as possible! We are NOT responsible for packages that FedEx delivers late due to weather delays or lost packages. If you suspect that there may be a weather delay between you and us please delay shipment until weather delay clears.
As of 10/01/2007 we will no longer guarantee Anemones, Ricordia or Colonial Tunicates. These are considered poor shippers and these are not covered under out DOA policy.
